Breakfast does have many benefits for the body. In addition, breakfast will positively influence the cognitive skills of the brain, which can improve memory in producing high concentration. So breakfast have many benefits and not having breakfast can cause many bad effects such an increase in stomach acid, and you can get sick easily. Thats why breakfast is so important for human.
